Turkey decided to continue the anti-dumping (AD) duty on imports of stainless steel welded pipes from China and Taiwan for another five years, following a sunset review initiated by the Ministry of Trade in December 2023 based on the application filed by the domestic producer Marcegaglia TR Paslanmaz Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

According to the result released on June 23, 2025, the revocation of the existing AD measures on the subject products from China and Taiwan is likely to lead to the continued or reoccurred dumping and injury to the domestic industry. Therefore, AD duties of 13.82%-20.50% for China and 7.98%-11.50% for Taiwan will remain in effect.

The products involved are classified under HS codes 7306.40.20.90.00, 7306.40.80.90.00, and 7306.61.10.00.00.
