On July 23, 2024, the Turkish Ministry of Trade announced that the anti-dumping (AD) measure on aluminum foils originating in China will expire on January 4, 2025.

The products involved are aluminum foil, rolled but not further worked, of a thickness not exceeding 0.2 mm, classified under tariff codes 7607.11 and 7607.19.

Interested parties can apply for sunset review investigations.

The original AD investigation was started in December 2013, and an affirmative ruling was made in July 2014. The AD measure was extended in January 2020 following a sunset review.
