The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review regarding anti-dumping (AD) duties on certain aluminum foil imports from Brazil and Oman.

According to two notices published in the Federal Register on September 12, 2025, the USDOC found that Brazil’s Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio and CBA Itapissuma Ltda. (collectively, CBA) sold aluminum foil in the US at less than fair value. This determination covers the review period from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023. As a result, the companies received a weighted-average dumping margin of 18.74%.

For Oman, the USDOC determined that Oman Aluminium Rolling Company (OARC) also sold its aluminum foil at less than normal value during the same review period. Consequently, OARC was assigned a dumping margin of 42.48%.
