According to the US Department of Commerce (USDOC)’s preliminary determination of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, Taiwan’s stainless steel sheet and strip in coils were found being sold at less than normal value during the period of review from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Besides, the USDOC rescinded the review on 52 companies as they had no suspended entries of subject products during the period of review.

The estimated weighted-average dumping margin for Yieh Trading Corporation is 21.10%, and the review-specific average rate for Chia Far Industrial Factory Co., Ltd., Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co., Ltd., Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., and Yu Ting Industries Co., Ltd. is 21.10%.

The USDOC will issue the final results of this administrative review not later than 120 days after the publication date of this notice.
