According to a notice released by the US International Trade Commission (USITC), the revocation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on imports of stainless steel plate from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Therefore, the current measures on these subject products from the three countries will remain in place.

The report of the USITC’s investigation will be available by August 9, 2022 on the USITC website.
