According to a notice on December 5, 2022, as a result of the five-year (sunset) reviews, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that the revocation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports of certain welded stainless steel pipe from South Korea and Taiwan might lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury in the US market within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Due to the USITC’s affirmative ruling, the existing AD orders on imports of subject products from South Korea and Taiwan will continue to be effective.
