According to an official notice on May 28, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) and the US International Trade Commission (USITC) have determined that ending the existing anti-dumping (AD) duties on welded stainless steel pressure pipes from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam would likely cause the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to the US industry. Therefore, these AD orders will remain in effect.

The weighted average dumping margins are up to 167.11% for Malaysia, 24.01% for Thailand, and 16.25% for Vietnam.

The products involved fall under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7306.40.5005, 7306.40.5040, 7306.40.5062, 7306.40.5064, and 7306.40.5085, and they may also be classified under HTSUS subheadings 7306.40.1010, 7306.40.1015, 7306.40.5042, 7306.40.5044, 7306.40.5080, and 7306.40.5090.
