The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued preliminary findings indicating that Chinese producers and exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. This determination came after a countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review.

The preliminary subsidy rate assigned to Yinbang Clad Material Co., Ltd. is 9.45%, and Henan Mingtai, Henan Gongdian Thermal, and Zhengzhou Mingtai Industry received 238.22%.

Additionally, the USDOC is also partially rescinding the review for Alcha International Holdings Limited (Alcha International) and Jiangsu Alcha Aluminium Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Alcha) (collectively, Alcha Group) as they had no entries of subject goods during the review period.
