Vale signs seven agreements with China to strengthen partnership

Vale announced that it had signed seven agreements with different Chinese partners to strengthen its strategic agenda and its relationship with China.

The agreement included the investment agreement for the Morowali project in Indonesia, the two support agreement for Chinese clients and suppliers on decarbonization, the signing of two memoranda of understanding (MOU) with leading Chinese banks, and two cooperation with China’s universities.

These agreements were to celebrate 50 years since its first iron ore shipment to China in 1973.
