Vedanta intends to adopt biofuel as an energy source for carbon footprint reduction: CEO

On winning the first position in the prestigious S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) rakings, Vedanta Aluminium, a business of Vedanta Limited, said that their commitment towards increasing resource efficiency, using more renewables in the energy mix and converting waste into wealth is now stronger than ever before.
CEO John Slaven commented in a statement that Vedanta Aluminium had been partnering with its community members, prioritising energy and performance efficiency and inclusive development.
