Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), a leading stainless steel mill in Taiwan, announced the new price adjustment of stainless steel products for November.

Among them, the price of 304 cold-rolled and hot-rolled stainless steel products was hiked by NT$3,000/ton, the same increase as Tang Eng’s decision announced yesterday. The surcharge of 316L products and the price of 430 products were both maintained.

This leading stainless steel mill said the price increase was to reflect rising raw material costs, higher electricity prices, and the current market condition.

Yusco’s price hike for November ended the trend of flat prices for two consecutive months.
