Acerinox gets all approvals for acquisition of Haynes in US, expecting to close this deal by end-November

The Austrian competition authorities have approved the purchase of Haynes International by the largest Spanish stainless steelmaker Acerinox.
With this approval, Acerinox meets the conditions of this acquisition, since the US authority gave the green light in July of this year, while the UK authority authorized the purchase in September.
The Spanish company expects to close the deal before the end of November. This acquisition strengthens Acerinox's presence in the high-performance alloys business, adding three factories in the US market.
