Australia not to continue AD & CVD measures on China’s deep drawn stainless steel sinks

On December 9, 2024, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced that the Minister for Industry and Science has accepted the commission’s recommendations not to continue the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) measures on deep drawn stainless steel sinks from China.

The AD measure was canceled on June 24, 2024, and the CVD measure will expire on March 26, 2025, and will be no longer applicable from March 27, 2025.

The product involved is classified under tariff subheading 7324.10.00.52.
