China’s iron ore price index decreases on May 9

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 475.07 points on May 9, which was down by 5.27% or 26.44 points compared with the previous CIOPI on May 6.

The domestic iron ore price index was 457.70 points, rising by 0.44% or 2.02 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 478.36 points, decreasing by 6.24% or 31.82 points from the previous one.
