China’s iron ore price index rises on Mar 16

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 525.19 points on March 16, which was up by 6.93% or 34.04 points compared with the previous CIOPI on March 15.

The domestic iron ore price index was 429.99 points, falling by 0.60% or 2.61 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 543.19 points, increasing by 8.16% or 40.97 points from the previous one.
