Global primary aluminum market has surplus of 295,100 tons in Nov 2024

According to the World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS) report, in November 2024, global primary aluminum production was 5.9582 million tons, while consumption was 5.6631 million tons, resulting in a surplus of 295,100 tons.

From January to November last year, global primary aluminum production reached 65.5802 million tons, while consumption totaled 65.5035 million tons, leading to a supply surplus of 76,700 tons.
