Outokumpu reaches sales agreement of Argentine subsidiary with Mirgor

Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer in Europe based in Finland, announced that it has agreed with Mirgor, an Argentine manufacturer of consumer electronics and auto parts, on the terms and conditions for the sale of 100% shares of its Argentine subsidiary, Outokumpu Fortinox S.A.

Fortinox will continue as the exclusive distributor of Outokumpu products in Argentina, Paraguay, and Bolivia.

The transaction was expected to be completed no later than November 24 this year.
