Ta Chen International acquires TCI Texarkana stake for $90 million

Ta Chen International, Inc. (TCI), a subsidiary of Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co., Ltd., announced yesterday (November 12) that its board approved the acquisition of equity in TCI Texarkana, Inc. The transaction involves 18,000 shares at a unit price of US$5,000, totaling US$90 million.

Ta Chen Stainless Pipe disclosed its consolidated financial results for the first three quarters of 2025. Revenue reached NT$77.364 billion, with profit before tax at NT$8.072 billion. Net income attributable to the parent company was NT$4.825 billion, with the basic earnings per share (EPS) of NT$2.08.
