Taiwan’s Walsin Lihwa announces price list for Apr

Walsin Lihwa, a stainless steel wire rod and cable producer in Taiwan, announced stainless steel wire rod prices for April. Among them, 300 series’ prices increased by NT$1,000/ton. 316 products’ surcharge and the prices for 200 and 400 series kept unchanged.
The company pointed out that the industrial electricity prices will raise from April and New Taiwan dollars depreciated, which further make the producing cost increase. Besides, although clients kept replenishing stocks, recover in China’s market was still not as good as expected.
