US sets dumping margin on Germany’s small diameter seamless pipes

According to the final results of the expedited fifth sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that the withdrawal of the current AD order on certain small diameter seamless carbon and alloy standard, line, and pressure pipe from Germany would possibly cause dumping to continue or happen again.

The margin of dumping was determined at up to 57.72% by the USDOC.

This announcement was applicable on May 9, 2023.
